1:1 and group dramatherapy for young people aged 11-25, and for adults aged 18+ in Dundee.
Dramatherapy is the applied use of drama and theatre processes to achieve therapeutic goals; by providing a safe and contained space and the specialism of a highly trained therapist, participants are supported to use creative expression to explore their stories, express emotions, explore solutions to problems and achieve improved mental health.
Dramatherapy can help build confidence and self-esteem, address communication problems, promote a sense of self-worth and encourage expression and connection with others.
