Bursaries available for the Scottish Fundraising Conference, taking place in Glasgow, 22 – 23 September.
There are still some bursaries available for the Scottish Fundraising Conference.
- The conference is the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s largest gathering of fundraisers in Scotland – with c. 400 fundraisers attending each day – and offers an unparalleled learning and networking experience.
- The conference programme offers two inspirational plenaries and a choice between 55 different sessions covering strategy, compliance, personal development, community and events fundraising, to name just a few.
- To enable fundraisers from smaller charities to attend who may otherwise not be able to do so the Chartered Institute offer discounted rates for small charities/lone fundraisers (those with total organisational income of less than £500,000).
- Attend for free – Every year the Chartered Institute make 15 bursary places available and there are also some volunteer slots which enable people to attend for free (they need volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the event – NB volunteering places include repayment of travel expenses, overnight accommodation, and a ticket for the gala awards).
Closing date for bursary applications is 1st July.
