Carolina House Trust has cultivated a thriving workplace culture by embedding a growth mindset, prioritising employee wellbeing, and fostering engagement. Their commitment to people-first values has led to significant achievements, including winning the “People Pioneer Business” award from the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce, becoming an accredited Living Hours Employer, and earning the Great Place to Work certification with a 100% trust rating.
