Announcement of Business closure of DEAP Limited
It is with regret that on behalf of the Board of Directors of DEAP Limited today announce that we shall be closing all business operations as of 30th June 2023.
Due to a range of external factors the business has experienced significant reduction in business opportunity and long term contracts/ funding opportunities and as a result suffered financial loss over the past year. Despite all efforts made we were unable to secure any new financially viable contracts/grants to which we rely on as a not for profit organisation.
Changes to government priorities, inflation, budget cuts and lack of relevant income streams has resulted in DEAP being unable to sustain the business and services to provide on-going good quality support to our clients in line with our vision.
To confirm: As of 30th June 2023, DEAP shall be closing all business operations across all 3 local authority areas in which we operate and all current staff have been informed that they are now at risk of redundancy.
