Community Hub Coordinator
Hours – 35 hours per week
Salary – £25,470 to £28,300
Duration – Fixed-term contract, 12 months initially, with possibility of extension subject to availability of funding
DVVA are looking for a new Community Hub Coordinator to assist in the development of the Community Hubs linking in with the funding outcomes providing a delivery centre for services based upon the needs of the community. The post holder will engage with other services around Dundee providing need base services within the Hubs around substance use and the 5 Tier Recovery Programme (5TRP) that was developed from the Lochee Community Hub Test of Change 2021. The post holder will review the needs in the area regularly and communicate with the services involved through management meetings taking the lead in this. The Hub Co-ordinator will work in conjunction with Dundee City Councils community plan and in partnership with Dundee alcohol and drug partnership.
