Community Companions are hosting a network meeting to provide an opportunity for organisations who are tackling social isolation to come together to share good practice and ideas, discuss any issues and share experiences. This is an informal opportunity to network, gain support and keep up to date with ongoing projects. Open to staff and volunteers
