Post: Sessional Youth Worker
Salary £10.39 – £13.37 per hour (dependent on experience)
Terms: 3 Hours Per Week Sessional (Group runs every Wednesday during term time between 4pm and 7pm.

Brief Description of Duties:
Are you an ambitious, creative and influential practitioner who is passionate about supporting young people to bring about change in their lives?
We are looking for a sessional worker to support our Perth Kith ‘n’ Kin group which supports children in Kinship care along with their carers. The group allows children to come together and express their feelings and emotions in a safe way through creative measures and play. It allows the carers to share experiences with one another through peer support with input from a worker when required.
Primary purpose of this role is to aid in the facilitation of our weekly group which is held on Wednesday evenings. The post holder will be required to assist in planning activities for the groups along with the development of this as our numbers increase.
The role is 3 hours per week however we may require the post holder to help cover additional groups and attend trips during school holidays.
