The next Creative Breaks funding round will open on Thursday 26th March 2026 and close on Thursday 16th April 2026 at 5pm.
Creative Breaks offers 12-month grants for third sector organisations to deliver short breaks projects for carers of adults (aged 21 years and over), and young carers, and the people that they care for. Funded projects may begin in October 2026 and to run no later than September 2027.
On the Shared Care Scotland website, you will find Guidance Notes which includes eligibility criteria and a Word document where you can preview the application questions and prepare your responses. All applications must be submitted via the online form which will ‘go live’ on Thursday 26th March.
