
The course runs on Fridays from 8th May, 2.00–3.00pm, for 4 weeks.
It is free, with 12 places available, and is aimed at people experiencing mental or physical health difficulties and/or social isolation.
Session 1 will be an in-person introductory session at our centre:
Wellness Dundee, 27 Reform St, Dundee DD1 1SG (next to McDonald’s).
Sessions 2–4 will be delivered online so that participants can join from the comfort of their own home.
Participants will learn simple mindfulness practices to help increase confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, support mental and physical health, and connect with others.
