Full Cost Recovery Guidance
In April 2026, the TSI Scotland Network launched guidance for both funders and providers applying for funding on Full Cost Recovery. Full Cost Recovery refers to the process of ensuring that all direct or indirect costs relating to delivering a funded service are included in the budget and funding requests.
