The National Lottery Community Fund’s new Small Eco Awards programme is now open, offering grants of £300 to £20,000 for community-led projects that improve the environment, help people connect with nature, reduce waste, tackle pollution, and support climate resilience. Decisions will be made after around 12 weeks
The application process is very similar to Awards for All, so groups that have applied before should find it familiar and straightforward. Projects do not need to be large, and you don’t have to be an environmental organisation to apply.
Examples include:

🦋 Biodiversity and wildlife projects
🚲 Sustainable transport activities
🏡 Greener community spaces
