MacMillan Cancer Support Survey

Macmillan is exploring how they could support existing community groups and spaces to feel more confident having conversations about cancer. With your connections to the activities happening in your local community, they thought it would be worthwhile to reach out to those that know the area best.

Macmillan know that people affected by cancer may already have places in their local community where they feel comfortable and connected – for example, social groups, community centres, sports or activity groups, faith groups, libraries, cafés or other local organisations. Macmillan are looking at how they can help people running or volunteering in these spaces to feel more comfortable if someone wants to talk about cancer, and know where to signpost them for further information or support.

Please click this link to complete a survey to share your thoughts and feedback before Monday 26 October. Your insight will help to support more Cancer Confident Communities across the UK.
