Dundee And Angus College are recruiting for a new course aimed at parents: Stepping Stones
Build confidence. Learn new skills. Explore new opportunities.
Are you ready to take your next step towards employment, training, volunteering or further learning?
The Stepping Stones programme is a supportive, 5-week programme with financial support for childcare and transport.
Eligibility:
- Live in Scotland full time
- Unemployed or employed earning less than £33k per year
- A parent or carer to child under 18
Dates:
- Starts: 17th November 2026
- Ends: 17th December 2026
- Days: Tues, Wed, Fri
- Times: 10.00am – 2.30pm
- Duration: 5 Weeks
Learners who complete the 5-week programme receive:
- Their own laptop to keep, to support future education, training and employment
- A guaranteed interview at D&A for our January or August 2027 start
