Notice of Annual General Meeting of TSI Dundee, formerly Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action Ltd
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of TSI Dundee, formerly Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action Ltd (“the company“) will be held at Number Ten, 10 Constitution Road, Dundee DD1 1LL on Tuesday 27th October 2026 at 12:00PM.
At the AGM the following resolutions will be discussed:
- THAT the minutes of the AGM held by the company on 13th October 2025, a copy of which will be sent in due course to those attending.
- THAT the annual accounts of the company for the period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, a copy of which will be sent in due course to those attending.
- THAT the annual report be adopted, a copy of which will be sent in due course to those attending.
- THAT the auditors are re-appointed.
- THAT the directors and trustees are re-appointed (for more information about the Board please click here).
