My name is Anne Barclay, and I would like to introduce you to myself and the Mid-Lin Day Care Outreach Service. I have worked in the 3rd sector supporting people from all walks of life for many years, which has given me a very good understanding what others can be facing on a daily basis.
This focus of the Outreach service is to help prevent Social Isolation across Dundee for those aged 55+. As an Outreach Support Worker I offer relaxing and friendly visits, support to go shopping and assistance to access social activities.
I have attached a flyer that highlights what we offer. Can I ask that you share this with you residents or anyone you know who may benefit from our service.
Referrals can be self-made or completed anyone that is supporting the person in need, this includes family members.
