Opportunity: CMHWF 25/26 Partnership Proposal

We have been granted additional funding from Scottish Government for the Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund for Adults 2025/26. You can read more about the Minister’s announcement here: The Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for Adults – Minister for Social Care and Mental Wellbeing correspondence

We are looking for local Third Sector organisations to partner together and deliver a collaborative, evidence-based mental health and wellbeing project across Dundee. The initiative will address identified gaps in provision by focusing on priority groups most at risk of poor mental health outcomes, while also strengthening grassroots organisations through capacity building and partnership working.

Key identified groups:

  • Young men
  • LGBTQ+ young adults (16+)
  • Substance use effected communities
  • BAME communities

This is a great opportunity for organisations that are new to the fund and/or have a project in the initial stages that requires funding. Find more information about the proposal here: CMHWF 2526 Partnership Proposal

TO SUBMIT

Organisations/groups are welcomed to submit a written document (2000 words max) or video submission (2 minutes max) of their bid to funding@dvva.scot, by Monday 23rd February 2026.

  1. Detailing the project,
  2. which one of the priority groups is being addressed;
  3. how the project will achieve the proposal
  4. and a budget breakdown.

All outcomes will be communicated within week beginning Monday 23rd March 2026.

We expect all bids to still adhere to the current local guidance for the fund: Dundee TSI CMHWF Guidance

We also expect within the proposal a submission of a document outlining the agreement between the organisations/groups working together. Here is an example of a Partnership Agreement Guide template should you wish to use it.
