The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is currently running the ‘Have Your Say’ survey, delivered by Diffley Partnership. This important research aims to gather insights from the social services workforce to inform decisions that strengthen support across the sector.
The survey explores:
- Workforce wellbeing, including pay, terms and conditions, and support.
- Access to training and qualifications.
- Experiencing of working in the sector.
It also seeks views on participation in future focus groups to discuss experiences in more depth. Your input will help SSSC and key partners shape policies and practices that better support the workforce.
