This winter third sector organisations are delivering food provision and support services to keep people connected this Christmas.
We’ve collated information from organisations across Dundee, if you know of a service or group running over the festive period please email communications@dvva.scot for inclusion on this page.

Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action opening times
Our buildings at Number Ten, Lochee Hub and Link Up Whitfield will all close on Thursday 24th December and re-open on Monday 10th January. Staff and volunteers will not be working over this period but we will be delivering some services to existing service users. Follow us on social media, or email us at admin@dvva.scot and we will respond on our return.

Advice and Support
Dundee City Council have collated an Advice and Support for Citizens page that ‘gives advice and guidance to help families and communities support each other in these difficult times, and signposts to where urgent help can be accessed for those who need it.’ This includes what people should do if asked to self-isolate under the Test and Protect scheme, and the help they can get.
Dundee Carers Centre have an extensive list of services available on their website and have been sharing 12 Days of Support Services over the Festive Period over on their Carers of Dundee Facebook Page including updates for carers from Penumbra and The Corner.
