A reflective 3-hour workshop led by Neil and Robert, qualified counsellors, designed to support workers and volunteers in protecting and strengthening their mental wellbeing while working in demanding roles and environments.

It Starts With You, Trauma Level 3 (Enhanced) workshop, by the Dundee Protecting People Team
Tuesday, 2 June and Friday 12 June 2026, 9:30 – 13:00
Recent completion of Level 2 Trauma-Skilled workshop is necessary to attend this event.
Participants are invited to explore their cultural, generational and origin stories, and consider how trauma manifests in the body. This self-exploration process encourages deeper self-awareness and expanded reflective practice, enabling a more authentic and compassionate approach when supporting and providing resource to others in our personal and professional lives.
