Meditation courses in June from Wellness Dundee

Wellness Dundee have a few upcoming 4-week courses, ‘Meditation for All’, ‘Bodyworks’ and ‘Beginner’s Meditation’. They start from June 2nd, in-person and online at Wellness Dundee, 27 Reform St, Dundee DD1 1SG. Both courses are open to everyone regardless of meditation experience. The sessions are experiential learning and simple meditation practices to relax the body & calm the mind. Great from anyone who suffers for stress, anxiety, depression.

They also offer ‘Pause for Peace’ which are lunchtime meditation sessions.
