The National Community Learning Development (CLD)Workforce Survey includes topics on staff and volunteer numbers, focus on CLD activities, qualifications, career plans, challenges and opportunities for the CLD workforce. It should develop important insights to help us better understand and support the workforce moving forward.
The survey is open to CLD practitioners, employers, stakeholders and volunteers. The purpose of the survey is to capture workforce data, building on what we found in the last survey conducted in 2018.
The survey will be closing at the end of February, please complete as soon as possible for your responses to be counted.
