Wellness Dundee are offering CommConn, a free online mindfulness course.
About the course
The course runs on Fridays from 6 March, 2.00–3.00pm, for 4 weeks. It is free, with 11 places available, and is aimed at people experiencing mental or physical health difficulties and/or social isolation.
- Session 1 will be an in-person introductory session at our new centre:
Wellness Dundee, 27 Reform St, Dundee DD1 1SG (next to McDonald’s). - Sessions 2–4 will be delivered online so that participants can join from the comfort of their own home.
Participants will learn simple mindfulness practices to help increase confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, support mental and physical health, and connect with others.
