This questionnaire is aimed at any professional working with young people aged 12 to 25 across Tayside.
cool2talk is a digital service where young people can access information and ask questions anonymously and confidentially about their health and wellbeing. Our team would really like to know more about how you use our service and how it compliments the support you provide to young people.
This is an anonymous survey and we don’t ask for any information that can identify you. Results will be used in further service review activities and helps informs future steps within the service delivery.
