Planning Aid Scotland is pleased to announce that we’ve added new online sessions to our programme of free training, funded by the Scottish Government through the National Planning Hub.
These sessions are open to anyone across Scotland, community groups or individuals, who want to participate more confidently in decisions that shape their local places.
Our training offers a clear and accessible introduction to engaging with the planning system, with a particular focus on renewable energy, community engagement and place-based planning. We encourage early booking.
Upcoming sessions include:
- Local Place Plans: Knowing the essentials (4 March)
- How to engage your community: A practical introduction (11 March)
- Making active travel happen through Local Place Plans (12 March)
- Beyond the survey: Creative approaches to community engagement (19 March)
Please do register for any sessions of interest, and feel free to share this opportunity with your colleagues, networks and community contacts.
If you have any questions or accessibility requirements, please contact our Planning & Projects Officer Anne Krippler at anne@pas.org.uk
