Join the first in a series workshop helping you manage your charity for success and sustainability. Delivered by Stephen Cahill, Scotland Manager from Cranfield Trust.
Workshop Content:
- Focus on what matters most: clarity of purpose, and simple systems that work within limited time, money, and capacity.
- Build sustainability, not stress: understand your finances, reduce costs, build small reserves, and diversify income realistically for small charities.
- Show impact simply: measure a small number of meaningful outputs and outcomes to demonstrate the difference you make without heavy admin.
- Turn learning into action: strengthen people capacity, tell your story locally, and leave with clear, accountable actions you will actually implement.
Wednesday 6th May, 10.30 – 13.00 | DVVA, Number Ten, 10 Constitution Road Dundee, DD1 1LL
