Seeking Volunteers for a Research study

Past-Refugee Experience of Resettled Young Adults: Psychological Effects and Resilience”

  • Are you somebody who had to leave their home country in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and resettle in Scotland?
  • Are you aged between 18-25 years?
  • Are you able to speak conversational English?

If you answered yes to all of the above, then you are welcome to join this study! However, for your safety, please refrain from taking part if you are currently in a crisis/emergency.

As a participant, you will be asked to take part in a one-time interview, lasting approximately 45-60 minutes, to talk about your experience of resettling in Scotland and how you have coped in the present with your past refugee experience.

The interview will be in person on the University of Dundee campus in a confidential space or online with MS TEAMS
