The Wise Group is delighted to invite you to a Roundtable event, designed for third sector and voluntary organisations who are currently working with (or are interested in working with) people engaged in Justice Throughcare services.
Resources and time are limited, why should I come?
With the Scottish Government commissioning a national voluntary Justice Throughcare Service, now is the time to come together and ensure that the sector meets the needs of those leaving prison after a short sentence or period on remand. During this session, we will use service design tools and methods to:
- Identify the needs of individuals in the justice system across Tayside.
- Explore how a future Throughcare delivery model could/should address these needs.
- Identify how a place-based approach could enhance service delivery.
- Raise awareness of existing provision and identify if/where there are gaps.
- Explore the formation of partnerships across Tayside (with or without The Wise Group) to deliver future Throughcare provision.
Findings from each session will be shared with all participating organisations and wider across the sector.
By working together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those transitioning out of the justice system. Let’s come together to share our knowledge and expertise and help shape the future of Throughcare in Scotland.
