Post: Resource/Support Worker, Collaborative Routes to Recovery (CRR) project
Salary £20,729.80 (£11.39 per hour) – £25,552.80 (£14.04 per hour) dependant on qualifications.
Terms: 35 hrs per week. This is a fixed term post until 31st March 2025 with scope for this to be extended for a further 12 months. As part of our family friendly policy this post is eligible for our flexible working scheme. TCA would consider job share

Brief Description of Duties:
Are you an ambitious, creative and influential practitioner who is passionate about supporting individuals to bring about change in their lives?
The aim of this post is to provide a wrap-around support for individuals who are contemplating/in the early stages of accessing medically assisted treatment or other forms of substance use support. The post holder will be required to assess the needs of individuals referred to the service and plan and deliver a proportional response to the presenting issues. They will work with individuals to create positive support networks and address issues such as; housing, benefits and social networks. Work will be delivered through tailored one-to-one input that supports individual’s personal development and creates pathways to long-term engagement with relevant support services.
While the nature of this role means that TCA welcomes applications from individuals with personal lived experience of substance use and recovery, this is not a role requirement.
A full Current Driving License that the use of a car is essential.
