Are you working in the charity or social enterprise sector and finding things difficult right now?
Would you benefit from coming together with a group of like-minded people to reflect, share, and explore how we can better support one another to keep going in this work?
People in charities and social enterprises are deeply committed to supporting others. While this work is meaningful and rewarding, it can also be emotionally demanding and exhausting. High workloads, responsibility, and the ongoing care of others can take a toll on well-being, especially when there is little time or space to pause and reflect.
This session is about understanding what you need to feel supported by your peers and providing the space and surroundings to help make that possible.
