Job Title: Member Services Officer
Accountable to: General Manager
Salary: up to £25,016 per annum plus 5% pension contribution (pro rata for job share) role
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week.
Job share will be considered, on basis of an 18-hour week, over a minimum of 3 days per week. Ideally Monday – Wednesday. For business reasons we may stipulate the working days and require some flexibility.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Discovery Credit Union Main Office, Central Library, Wellgate Centre, Dundee, DD1 1DB.
and to visit Community Centres across Angus, Dundee and NorthEast Fife.

Job Purpose:
The focus will be to concentrate on raising the profile and promoting the services of the Credit Union amongst local employers, communities, and members, whilst assisting with member services.
To be responsible for improving the visibility of the Credit Union across the Common Bond, develop relationships with Employer Partners and like-minded Community Organisations.
Assist with Member Services which includes the assessment of loan applications according to Credit Union’s lending policy and to provide support to members enquiries.
