Dundee Therapy Garden is a small local mental health charity supporting military veterans and serving personnel. Based on a dedicated site in Dudhope Park, we provide supervised and tailored horticultural therapy sessions with the aim of improving our veterans’ resilience and helping them to develop and maintain positive coping strategies.
We are currently looking to recruit motivated volunteers to help maintain and develop the garden. If you have a green thumb or enjoy gardening, from sowing seeds to harvesting the produce, and have the time to help out for a couple of hours a week, please get in touch with us via dundeetherapygarden@hotmail.com or find out more at www.dundeetherapygarden.org.
