The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign that kicks off on 29th October, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10th December, Human Rights Day.
On the run up to 16 Days of Activism, Our DAYS Service are facilitating an Activism Group for young people from Dundee and Angus to attend. This is a 4-week programme of activities with a big focus on craftivism – a gentle but powerful form of activism, whilst raising awareness and promoting action towards ending gender-based violence.
If you or any young person you know would like to get involved, please contact days@wrasac.org.uk
